Hey Y’all!
Happy Easter from The Farmer, Rupert & I! This year we decided to keep things low key & stay home, cook up some killer smoked ham on our Weber Smokey Mountain & enjoy this glorious spring weather we’ve been having these last few days here in Minnesota! I’ve got all the usuals noted below, you’ll see my menu this week isn’t strictly Whole30 or Paleo & I think that’s okay. I have been craving pasta for awhile now so I snuck that in on Wednesday. In addition, I know we’ll have loads of leftover ham so why not use up some of the crêpes I have hidden away in the freezer for a savory spin on crêpes later in the week. Doesn’t that just sound deliciously Parisian!? Where’s The Farmer, sounds like I need to convince him it’s time to take me back to Paris 😉
Back to reality …brekkie’s & lunches will remain Whole30 compliant throughout the week, along with dinner on Monday & Tuesday night. Once again, it’s all about balancing things out. We hope that you & yours are having a lovely Easter weekend, keep an eye on our Instagram for some killer Easter holiday cocktails later today!

There you have it, another week in the books! I don’t know about y’all, but I’m super excited to start incorporating spring veggies back into my meals – gimme ALL the green things! Not to mention, it’s almost pesto season – YAAAS! If you haven’t checked out my recipe for homemade pesto yet, I highly recommend bookmarking it as basil will be in season before you know it!
Until next time…
