Hey Y’all!
Wow, this weekend was just about absolutely perfect weather wise & boy did we take advantage of it! The Farmer & I spent our Saturday afternoon around one of the 10,000 (it’s actually closer to 12,000 y’all!) lakes here in Minnesota with tacos & drinks wondering how so many people seemed to already be tan… conspiracy theory? I’ll have to get back to you on that one, lol. Friday was spent celebrating Cinco De Mayo & all things agave. Saturday we also managed to catch the derby & imbibe a mint julep (or two!) all in all – a fabulous weekend.
Anywho –
Here’s what I’m making this morning to make life a bit easier during the work week:

There you have it, another week in the books! Since we’ll be back out @ the farm this weekend my main goal, besides relaxing of course – is going to be focusing on some major recipe posts for the blog! So if there’s anything in particular you’d like to see or have seen us feature on Instagram without a recipe post please let me know & I’ll be happy to bump that one to the top of my to do list!
