We’ve been hooked on this vinaigrette all summer, it’s the perfect balance of sweet & tangy! While we tend to toss it with some salad greens, I betcha it would taste great on grilled chicken or shrimp as well!
Here’s What You’ll Need:
✅ 1/2 Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
✅ 1/2 Lime; zest too!
✅ 1 TBSP Honey
✅ 1 TBSP Dijon
✅ 1 TBSP Old Syle Mustard
Let’s Get Started:
1. Add the honey & both mustards to a medium sized bowl.
2. Add the zest & juice from your lime.
3. Slowly drizzle in your EVOO while whisking until the mixture is fully emulsified.
1-2-3 and done!
Once fully emulsified you’re ready to pour your dressing into your container of choice – I’d recommend a Ball Jar – because why not, great for storage & adorable AF as well!
Speaking of storage …
This will keep for up to a week in the fridge; although I doubt it’ll last that long!
